Raised in Tigard, he’s had the pawsitively rewarding experience of working alongside his parents and now his son, making this truly a multi-generational company. Dave’s passion? Helping customers fetch the perfect solutions for their homes while making sure his team has time to enjoy their own favorite treats—whether that’s family time, fishing trips, or a good ol’ backyard nap. Off the leash and outside the office, Dave is an adventure-lover who enjoys scuba diving, hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing. But his tail really wags when he’s surrounded by family and friends, soaking up the outdoors. Loyal, generous, and always ready to lend a paw, Dave is the heart of the pack—and the ulti-mutt reason All About Garage Doors feels like home.

His grandparents settled in Tigard in the ’70s, laying the foundation for what would become a multi-generational legacy. As a third-generation member of All About Garage Doors, Trevor was on job sites before he could even say “garage door,” fetching tools and learning the ropes from the ground up. For Trevor, this business is more than just what he does—it’s who he is. What keeps his tail wagging? The people. Whether it’s the amazing team he works with or the loyal customers he helps every day, Trevor thrives on building genuine connections. Raised in a family that treats everyone like part of the pack, he brings that same spirit to every interaction.

Originally from the cozy town of Chagrin Falls, just outside of Cleveland, Scott brings over 14 years of experience in the garage door industry. He first crossed paths with All About Garage Doors as a friendly competitor, and over time, grew to admire the company’s unwavering commitment to both its customers and its team. Eventually, the decision to join the pack was a no-brainer. As our product specialist and Sales Manager, Scott thrives on building relationships with customers, confidently offering the best products, services, and support the industry has to offer. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is being part of something bigger—working alongside a team of talented technicians and passionate teammates who care as much as he does. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him enjoying long walks with his wife, shooting hoops, golfing, or happily tending to his yard. (Yes, he actually loves yard work!)

After high school and a few jobs that didn’t quite fit, Chris found his stride when longtime friends Dave and Trevor needed a technician. The job sounded interesting—and the rest is history. Since joining the team, Chris has loved the strong sense of camaraderie. It’s not just coworkers here—it feels like family. What keeps him motivated every day? The freedom and variety in the work. No two days are the same, and he enjoys staying active and spending time outside. When he’s not on the job, you’ll most likely find him on the golf course. Rain or shine, if there’s free time, he’s golfing. Easygoing, reliable, and always ready for what’s next, Chris brings pawsitive energy and experience to everything he does.

Ryan was drawn to All About Garage Doors because of its strong family vibe and its “work hard, play hard” mentality. He values the company’s commitment to professionalism and delivering a top dog customer experience. What Ryan appreciates about the company most is the team spirit: everyone’s in it together, and no one gets left in the dust. It’s a pack mentality he can truly get behind. He thrives in an environment where trust is mutual and he’s given the freedom to take ownership of his work without being micromanaged. Outside of work, you’ll find Ryan soaking up the sun—whether he’s working out, running, playing disc golf, or spending time with family. Since then, Charles has been all in, loving the collaborative, supportive vibe of the team. His favorite part of the job? The clients’ reactions. There’s nothing like seeing the smile on someone’s face when they step into their transformed garage. That moment always makes the challenges worth it. Outside of work, Charles is a movie buff, so if you throw out a reference, chances are he’ll catch it. Loyal, passionate, and always up for a good movie quote, Charles is a key player who brings both skill and heart to everything he does.

I grew up in Redmond, WA, but found my way to All About because I wanted something real—a tight-knit, family-owned business where I could grow and make an impact. From day one, it’s felt like the right fit. No corporate fluff, just solid people and meaningful work.
What keeps me hooked? It’s a mix of the crew I get to work with and the satisfaction of solving problems. There’s nothing better than rolling up to a job, figuring out what’s wrong, and leaving it better than I found it. I guess you could say I’m wired to fix things.
When I’m not on the job, I’m probably scaling a rock face, out on the disc golf course, or catching a ball game. Being outside, staying active, and chasing challenges—that’s my kind of weekend.
